We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to join our Web of Science team in Belgrade. This is an amazing opportunity to learn more about Web of Science in general & help product operations run smoothly. The inner team consists of 3 people and is reporting to the Senior Manager of Product Operations. We would love to speak with you if you have experience with product support / operations & would like to be a part of the Academia & Government segment within Clarivate.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments5+ years of experience with product operations and/or product support.2+ years of experience with MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & CRM (Salesforce, Freshdesk or similar).Proficient level of English language.It would be great if you also have . . .  Familiarity with Python and Django.Knowledge of academic peer reviewing processes.What will you be doing in this role? Be a domain knowledge expert for the content workflows of the product.Improve data systems by identifying problems / areas of potential improvement and collaborating with the development team to address these.Be a point of contact for reported content related issues (both externally and internally); communicate status and resolution information on all cases to users via CRM; monitor and report on KPIs for content operations and support.Ensure our common content operation workflows are well documented.Provide help with other content acquisition/management projects as needed.About the TeamThis role is within Product Operations team that’s supporting our product Web of Science. Web of Science is the citation database considered to be the gold standard in the academic community, and used to help researchers make new discoveries from millions of journal articles and billions of citations.
