Drives delivery of product and features, provides effective written and oral communication to leadership, and drives adoption of software best practices in the team.ResponsibilitiesProject and Program ManagementInfluences and collaborates with stakeholders of larger projects to plan software release calendar for cross-functional projectsEnsures the successful delivery of the projectsProvides overall program management by working with Technical Project Managers and leads across the teams and locationsInfluences all stakeholder communications with respective to project status, and budget utilizationResponsible for escalating issues and potential roadblocks to management, including making recommendations to address and resolveExpected to resolve most issues to closureResponsible for identifying and mitigating project execution risksGuide and /or revise project plan to ensure it completely captures all activities and eliminates duplicative effortsStakeholder/Customer EngagementActs as a technical liaison for customer advisories, co-innovations, and single point of contact for incidentsManagement ReportingAnalyzes reports and interprets the data to present to Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.This position may be offered in other locations.
