We are an agile team who value teamwork, are data-driven, and committed to industry-leading learning experiences and we´re looking for a Program Manager, Partner Enablement who is eager to be part of a global team.Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Global Partner Enablement, you will play a strategic role in the design, planning, development, and execution, of partner enablement projects across all Geos.You will be located in Barcelona, we offer a Hybrid workplace type.ResponsibilitiesYou will collaborate with our channel partner managers, channel development, sales, industry, customer success teams, and our partners to develop curriculum and program strategies that increase success and effectiveness of our channel partners worldwideYou will provide data-driven expertise to evolve programs and training solutions, validate skill completion and measure knowledge retentionYou will manage new engaging learning strategies to ensure enablement is seamless, integrated into our one enablement journeyYou will execute program/ project plans and schedules for partner enablement initiatives including re-enforcement activitiesYou will organize and facilitate enablement activities for our channel partnersYou will analyze and prepare regular reports and communication to showcase the impact of enablement initiatives based on defined key performance indicatorsMinimum QualificationsBA, BS, or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in channel partner, sales, technical or product enablement disciplineExperience with enablement processes with expertise in launching programs across a global organizationDemonstrated program and project management skills (ability to develop and execute on program plans, including project schedules)Proficient in program/ project management tools, and MS OfficeAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop relationships with stakeholders; comfortable presenting to bigger audiences#LI-MM2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
