The opportunityAs a Sr. Business Development Representative (BDR) for ANZ, you are responsible for helping our customers re-imagine their customer experiences using Adobe solutions & creating new sales opportunities for our sales organisation in the process. This role focuses on our largest Retail, Travel & Entertainment customers, working to expand their current Experience Cloud footprint with Adobe.What you’ll doDeliver a “consultative” approach to selling; taking time to understand our customers' businesses, their goals, objectives, and challenges before recommending a tailored solutionConsistently achieve quality pipeline & other metrics such as inbound lead follow-up & outbound account engagement metricsManage a territory creation plan for your account executives & their accountsResearching key accounts, identifying decision-makers, generating interest, and developing accounts to stimulate opportunityProspect, educate, qualify, and develop Target Accounts and inbound leads to create sales-ready leads and opportunitiesQuickly route prospects and current customers to appropriate colleagues to assist in solving problems and driving valueNurture & provide education on areas of interest for under-informed customersSetup, attend & run qualification meetings with customers in partnership with relevant Account Executive & Solution ConsultantsUpdate CRM, Outreach, and other tools as necessary to ensure the capture of key activity history & ensure a smooth hand-off to the Account Executive as necessaryProvide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimisationWhat you'll need to succeedTrack record of successful business development in enterprise solutions, software, or tech sales environmentSelf-starter with high motivation, independence, resilience, and ability to collaborate with sales & marketing teams to deliver pipe creation goalsProven sales skills delivering inbound & outbound experiences and building strong relationships at multiple levels within an organisationStrong communication including listening, written, verbal skillsExperience managing all areas of the BDR process including account planning, pre-call preparation, opportunity qualification, and objection handlingAbility to quickly learn & understand sophisticated business problems & translate customers' needs into solution playsConsistently achieve inside sales goals in an automated sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data in a CRM system is requiredPositive & upbeat personality who loves to spend time engaging customers through phone, social media & emailCuriosity to learn; always be asking questions!Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office) and experience with sales & marketing automation tools like SFDC, Outreach, Zoom, etc.Good multi-tasking, time management, high integrityAdobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
