We are looking for an Analyst to join our team and actively drive reconciliations, forecasting, and policy enhancements in alignment with business objectives.If you are a motivated, organized, and sharp individual seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced environment your place is with us.ResponsibilitiesPerforms complex financial analyses for specific functions or business units, identifies issues and recommends solutions.Reconciliation of accounts.Conducts comprehensive financial analyses for specific functions or business units, providing valuable analytics to support key business initiatives.Participates in cross-functional teams as a representative of the finance domain.Establishes and maintains relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision-making.Supports policy and process enhancement, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and organizational growth.Analyzes trends within the business and ensures alignment with overall business objectives to drive the forecasting process (weekly, monthly, and long-term).Provides information and counsel in the areas of controls, budgeting, and planning, return on investment decisions, and the development of overall business plans and strategies.Solve difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.Leads moderate to high-complexity projects, delivers professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans. Requirements:2-3 years of relevant professional experience in an FP&A functionBachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting/Business Management.
