In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing and driving activities like resource management, biz operations in our company and ensuring that the programs are implemented according to schedule and budget. To ensure success as a Program Manager running tracks on resource management, biz operations etc., you should be able to proactively spot any risks; challenges and solve them as quickly as possible within the associated cost. RESPONSIBILITIES:Partner with internal & external clients to understand business requirements and expectations.Design and execute project plans and documentation for assigned ProjectsWork closely with internal stakeholders to drive projects like Biz Operations, Transition programs, Hiring & Onboarding, Success metrics of newly built business delivery teams & their ramp upAssigning available employees to projects in accordance with their skillsets, previous experience, and availabilityMonitoring day-to-day project activities and corresponding resourcing. Capacity planning, i.e. making sure that a company’s resources have capacity to work on upcoming projects. Monitoring and managing employees’ workload, utilization, and overtime hours. Managing resource conflicts.Overcoming resource shortages by means of resource management techniques, reallocating resources, assigning more staff, etc; informing senior management of any issues related to inability to meet clients’ needs due to resourcing. Providing project managers with support when it comes to resource management issues or improving resource management processes. Knowing all the current and upcoming projects run in an organization and business development activities and being able to plan resourcing accordingly. Documenting processes (e.g. weekly utilization report, etc.)Coordinating any major transitions within the company, such as financial, technological, operational, and governance changes.Generate reports & dashboard related to Program health considering cost, efficiency, timelines etcShould be able to understand and design What-if models for project P&L and resource allocationsWork closely with cross functional teams, managers and executive leadershipEXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:· Bachelor's or master's degree in related field or equivalent experience· 6-8 years’ previous work experience in similar role· Project Management Methodology exposure preferred (PMP or PMI)· Agile exposure preferred (CSM or CSPO)· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills· Experience building documentation and project plans using MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint· Good hands-on experience of MS Visio, Lucid charts etc.· Exposure to Jira, Salesforce, Qualtrics, PowerBI etc· Experience managing expectations and providing creative solutions to priority conflicts for high-profile clients.· Ability to develop new initiatives and processes that produce higher levels of customer satisfaction while reducing expenses and shortening project durations.· Capable of assessing project risks and related mitigation steps.· Client first attitude and commitment to satisfaction· Strong written and verbal communication skills· Excellent people and teamwork skills.· Attention to detail, exceptional follow-through, the ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.· Prior experience with Salesforce (or other CRM tools) and SharePoint preferred.· Financial Services and enterprise software experience preferred.This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
