Senior Product Quality Engineer

We are looking for Senior Product Quality Engineer (Sr. PQE) in Taiwan Product Quality Engineering Lab. NVIDIA is leading the way into high growth areas of Autonomous Driving, High Performance Computing, Artificial Intelligence, and Computer Gaming.  NVIDIA is pushing the technology hard in all areas including the advanced package technology. NVIDIA’s Quality Team is looking for a Senior PQE that has a strong technical experience in the area of GPU/CPU failure analysis, GPU/CPU manufacturing/functional testing, GPU/CPU testing equipment bring up and customer complaint handling. You will be reporting to Product Quality Manager.What you’ll be doing:Handling customer complaints and performing failure analysis on GPU/CPU products and determining containment actions and providing message to customers on various quality issuesWorking with cross-functional teams to drive for root cause, summarize findings from analysis and driving quality improvements, and corrective actions to resolve the complaints from the customersLeading meetings with internal teams for improving product quality or participating in the meetings for material dispositions and change requestsCollecting updates from internal teams and suppliers to generate an internal or customer-facing 8D reportPerforming data analysis and generating reportsUtilizing data analysis tools for compiling ad-hoc or regular reports on product qualityProviding technical support for On-site Verification activitiesResponding to technical questions from the customers on verification equipment setupWhat we need to see:B.Eng. degree or above (Electronics / Computer Engineering related)4+ years of experience in Application / Test fieldFamiliar with Data Center operation and management as well as server architecture and technologyExperienced in board/system level debugVerbal and written communication skills in English and MandarinExcellent problem solving skillsWays to stand out from the crowd:Knowledge of Board and System FA is a plusGood Knowledge of GPU/CPU product infrastructure and test methodologyStrong technical/debug skills with Advantest V93000 tester
