SummaryThe Senior Sales Compensation Analyst will play a vital role in developing and deploying sales compensation strategies to accelerate Workiva’s growth. This person will  develop and help manage sales compensation across our global organization, and will play an integral role in the administration of Xactly Incent and the related monthly processes.  The successful candidate in this role should have strong technical skills, enjoy analytical work and problem-solving in a very dynamic environment, with the ability to independently prioritize multiple assignments. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively collaborate across different functional teams in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.What You’ll DoBe a vital part of the Sales Operations and Compensation team by supporting Workiva’s global sales compensation programs and 600+ payeesParticipate in the administration of Xactly Incent and support the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of this solution.Conduct sophisticated analysis of data from multiple sources to build various compensation models. Design reports and tools to use in compensation-related analytics and dashboardsAssist in the preparation and data analysis for use in compensation committee meetingsSupport the quarterly and semi-annual comp and quota planning, creation and issuance of compensation plansHandle employee or stakeholder queries/issues and escalate them where appropriateAssist with internal and external audit requests, familiarity with SOX controls and ASC 606 a plusWhat You'll NeedMinimum QualificationsRequires a minimum of 4 years of related experience in sales compensation analysis and administration with a Bachelor’s degreeRequires a minimum of 3 years of hands on administration of sales compensation utilizing Xactly IncentPreferred QualificationsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and outstanding attention to detailAbility to communicate effectivelyAbility to work collaboratively and take initiative in a quickly growing and global environmentAbility to work under pressure and in a fast-paced, global environment, including an ability to multi-task and juggle multiple tasks both big and small.Ability to be solution-oriented and help solve problems, make complex / manual processes more effective and automated and deliver creative solution to issuesHigh proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google SheetsExperience with SQL Travel Requirements and Working Conditions Willingness to travel up to 10% Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, as we embrace flexible work arrangementsHow You’ll Be Rewarded✅ Salary range in the US: $79,000.00 - $134,000.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
