You’ll be responsible for the management and development of strategic service provider partners within an assigned territory. We’re looking for someone to drive adoption of Broadcom Software solutions built on VCF into Service Providers, along with working on the delivery of their cloud services to end-user customers. This will enable them to engage with the market for the Broadcom Software based services & solutions supported by an extended team of resources from within the VCF team.In addition to the ‘sell to’ sales motions you’ll drive dedicated ‘sell with & through’ initiatives to accelerate and grow mutual business in conjunction with the core account teams. You’ll take the lead in marketing and demand generation planning, sales and technical enablement and end-user pipeline and development.A key aspect of the role will be developing and making the most of effective customer relationships at all levels within the partners including CxOs and across all functions including sales, marketing and technical leadership teams.Responsibilities:Help our partners embrace Broadcom’s VCF solution stack including add-ons for the delivery of cloud services.Lead business development planning & executionAlign Broadcom’s extended team & resources, including our extensive eco-system to increase business.Take responsibility for all assigned sales goals & MBOsDevelop & maintain effective customer senior & CxO leadership relations.Engage with and utilise the Broadcom CCMs supporting our Service Providers to ensure accurate & on-time software and service usage reportingRequirements:5 years experience selling software into Service Providers, SI/SO and/or Major PartnersStrong record selling software, technology products & services to and through Service Providers.The ability to recognize, analyse and take action on go to market approaches, marketing programs, joint value propositions, and business cases around strategic partnerships.Knowledge of Cloud Computing and key elements of virtualized infrastructure, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS & Private Cloud models.Expertise in spotting and executing the right solutions and value selling.Strong eye for business and negotiation abilitiesGreat teamwork, with strong social, communication and collaboration skills.Well organised and effective in the development and execution of business development planningBroadcom is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.  We will consider qualified applicants without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, citizenship, disability status, medical condition, pregnancy, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.  We will also consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records consistent with local law.If you are located outside USA, please be sure to fill out a home address as this will be used for future correspondence.
