C3 Presents - Financial Analyst

Job Summary:C3 Presents is seeking a qualified individual to join the Accounting team as a Financial Analyst. The selected candidate will work closely with the CFO, Accounting & Financial Analyst Manager, Accounting Team and Corporate Planning. The position is available to work remotely or work from the office on a hybrid-schedule.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide timely, accurate and meaningful financial analysis of variances between actuals and forecast, budget and prior yearConsolidate forecast reports for multiple company roll upsAnalyze accuracy of forecast and monthly actuals based on projectionsDevelop an understanding of key business operational metricsAssist in preparation of annual budget & monthly forecastsPrepare budget deliverables required by corporateEnsure data integrity between Oracle (ERP system) and BPC (Forecasting system)Support Accounting & Corporate Planning by providing accurate and timely financial informationProvide insurance reporting to contracts team and act as point of contactSupport ad hoc requests, including financial information for board meetingsOther duties and ad hoc analysis, as required QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance requiredAt least 4-5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience requiredExperience with a publicly trade company is a plusEntertainment or eCommerce industry experience is a plusAbility to meet critical deadlines by balancing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast paced environmentExperience with BPC or other forecasting software tools a plusAdvanced MS Excel skills, and proficient in MS Word and PowerpointMust be a self-starter with a positive attitudeMust be flexible with hours to accommodate workload fluctuations and quick turnaround timesExcellent communication skills, written and verbal to all levels of the organizationInterpersonal skills and ability to interact appropriately with all levels of the organization is criticalAbility to collaborative in team environment, as well as, thrive independentlyC3 CORE COMPETENCIES:Demonstrate integrity in the way you operate in day-to-day business and the way you deal with people.Communicate effectively with various audiences by organizing and delivering information appropriately and listening actively to others.Proactively seek solutions to problems.  Be enthusiastic and energetic in your approach to your job.  Commit to putting in extra effort with a positive attitude.Be flexible in handling change, able to juggle multiple demands, and adaptable to new situations with fresh ideas or innovative approaches.Stay composed, confident, optimistic, and in problem-solving mode when the going gets tough.Possess the skills needed to perform your job well, paying close attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness.
