Data Center Customer Operations EngineerAbout the role:The Customer Operations Engineer is required to work within our Data Centre’s as part of a rotating shift team. They are tasked with providing our customers with the highest standards of technical service as required. Customer Operations are also responsible for providing first level support for facility alarms and issues and in performing housekeeping duties to ensure that the Data Centre is maintained in a first class condition. After receiving orientation and onboarding training you will become a valued member of theEquinix team and will become part of a 24x7 shift roster to ensure the customer success at all times at our ME4 site based in Derrimut.Applicants may come from a variety of backgrounds but ideally with a passion, education or work experience within the IT industry.
