You will interact closely with candidates, sourcers, recruiters, interviewers at all levels across the company, as well as other positions and departments to ensure a seamless interview process and excellent candidate experience.Primary Job Responsibilities:Support the interview scheduling logistics of assigned requisitions, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered to the business and providing exquisite candidate experienceCoordinate all elements of candidate interview logistics including sending meeting invites, booking rooms, organizing video conferencingDevelop and provides an interview agenda in a professional manner to all partiesMaintain a clear hiring workflow by updating candidate status in applicant trackingBuilds and maintains strong relationships with candidates, the talent engagement teams and hiring managersProvides administrative support to the talent acquisition team, including process improvement project and other ad-hoc dutiesPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience in coordination/ travel coordination/ calendar management or other administrative capacity in a fast-paced environment is a plusExperience with an applicant tracking system, preferably Workday is advantageousDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including a proficiency in clear, concise, and compelling oral and written communicationExperience applying Microsoft Office products, specifically scheduling meetingsProven phone etiquette and professionalismAbility to interact with multiple levels of leadershipProven problem solving, decision making, organizational and time management skillsAbility to learn and adapt to new software technologiesSkill in focusing on desired results, determining what is important and urgent, clarifying next steps, and delegating effectively to meet deadlines and achieve desired resultsPositive attitude and the ability and will to learn, grow and have fun working with a multinational, dynamic team of committed professionals across EuropeWhat we offer?Be a part of a multinational team, shaping the candidate experience within Recruiting across EMEAA supportive, inclusive environment that allows our employees to thrive and learnAn excellent campus with fitness center (yoga, pilates, cycling), table soccer, bike rental, beach volleyball court, coffee-bar, canteen and shuttle-service from S-Bahn WannseeThe green surroundings invites you to combine meetings with a walk around our lake or through the forest to get some fresh air#LI-CD1Please see the Talent Privacy Notice for information regarding how eBay handles your personal data collected when you use the eBay Careers website or apply for a job with eBay.eBay is an equal opportunity employer.
