The EMEIA Apple Store Online Readiness and Systems Program Manager is responsible for aligning people, process, technologies and systems to ensure a frictionless e-commerce experience for Apple’s Online Store customers. Partnering with a variety of technical, operational, legal, financial and business teams, you will be the main point of contact in region for NPI, Promotions & Financing Offer setup and Sustaining Operations for the EMEIA Online store.

Description Description You are the advocate for the Apple Retail customer and represent the voice of Apple Store Online to the various teams we partner with. Working closely with Worldwide and Regional technical, operational and business teams, to ensure accurate and timely system updates and recommend and implement strategies to meet business goals. This role entails change management of financial offerings, readiness management of regional or global Online promotions, consultation on new store features and functionality, and ensuring Online store readiness for future capital projects releases and new product introductions.
• Flawlessly manage and lead regional New Product Introductions, Promotions and Financing launch execution and post-launch support.
• Drive systems execution and setup, configuring offer table management
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and drive solutions working with the cross-functional WW and Regional teams
• Analyze the root cause of issues, drive resolution and implement process improvements
• Continuously drive improvements in process, tools, systems with the team to achieve scalability, simplification and accuracy with composure under high pressure
• Functional/Technical Skills, Problem Solving, Decision Quality: Ability to make quick, quality decisions with the supporting ability to create contingency plans. Very strong attention to detail
• Process Management: ability to map out existing process gaps and recommend future paths to streamline Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Experience in a fast-paced environment with exposure to e-commerce, order fulfilment operations or Business systems. Track record of coordinating and driving projects in a multi-channel environment.
