Customer Service Project/Program ManagerDescription -Role descriptionAs a Global Process Engineer (GPE), you will be responsible for defining, measuring, and improving Processes, acting as Change Owner, and participating as Agent Process Subject Matter Expert in Global initiatives/projects.A GPE is responsible for providing support to the internal and external customers requesting the services of the organization, including – but not limited to – contact center agents, Operations managers, HP partners, account specialists, Project/Program managers, and others. The GPE will play a key role in ensuring business continuity and will act as a process and subject matter expert supporting standard tools and processes.
