Description Description The Communication Applications team is seeking a software engineer with a strong technical and triaging background to help screen and debug incoming issues. By understanding the reports coming in and bringing them up appropriately, you will play a key part in making future releases of FaceTime, SharePlay, Messages and Mail even better. Excellent communication skills are a must because of the close interaction with engineering teams throughout Apple for this role.
Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications You will prioritize incoming bugs, analyze logs, reproduce issues and help determine accurate resolvers, the priority of problems, while identifying emerging trends across the reported issues You will design, develop and automate triaging of incoming bugs You will drive quality and champion bug fixes by working closely with the development team and participating in root cause analysis. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $55.00 and $83.03/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
