Principal Creative Designer

We are looking for a Principal Creative Designer to join our team in Mexico City! You will play a crucial role on our Brand Experience Design team. Our senior designers are trusted experts who bring creative energy and design diligence with a strong foundation in traditional layout and typography skills. You will be reporting directly to the Senior Director of Brand in London, UK.   About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsAt least 10 years of design experienceAt least 10 years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesignAt least 5 years of experience with global campaigns or within a global companyBachelor's degree in graphic design or similar, of equivalent relevant experienceAn outstanding portfolio to shareMust have written and verbal fluency in EnglishIt would be great if you also had . . . Expert in Adobe Suite, primarily InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma or equivalent Fluent in understanding grids, templates, and typography. A passion for beautiful, functional design. A creative and analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail. Specialist skills in either motion, 3D or digital are a bonus. What will you be doing in this role? Lead large-scale brand projects with multiple marketing stakeholders. Develop creative strategies and deliver high-quality design solutions. Drive creative excellence and set high standards across all brand touchpoints and marketing collateral.  Write creative briefs for agencies and internal teams, reviewing outputs to ensure standards are met. Be a hands-on designer, executing everything from social banners and web page design to developing creative campaign concepts. Act as a mentor to other members of the team. Be a fearless brand guardian. Quickly understand, analyze, and respond to client briefs. Organize and prioritize workloads. Confidently present work to clients. About the TeamThe Brand Experience Design team is forward-thinking, dynamic, and creative, delivering impactful designs across various platforms. Our work spans branding, marketing, and multimedia campaigns. This role will be apart of a small team working from our Mexico City office reporting directly to the Senior Director of Brand in London, UK.Hours of WorkThis is a full-time, permanent position based out of our Mexico City office. You must live within a commutable distance to be on-site 2-3 days/week.
