As an Events Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the EMEA Events Team, planning world-class events that showcase our brand and engage our target audience. This is an outstanding chance to contribute to the success of a global company while honing your skills. Responsibilities:Support Senior Event Managers in all aspects of their programmes which may include but is not limited to:Event strategy, planning and executionCommunications internal and externalSponsorship managementSocial media activationsAgency managementFood & beverage managementAttendee registration & housing liaisonAncillary events & training programsVenue selectionMerchandise selectionAbout YouBasic Qualifications: 3+ years' commercial experience in event project management, logistics and conference production for 1000+ attendees Tradeshow management experiencePrevious agency management experience Good understanding of social media platforms - LinkedIn etcStrong verbal and written communication skills and comfortable liaising with senior team membersExcellent teammate with proactive, can do attitudeOutstanding digital literacy (at a minimum): Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint​Other Qualifications:Proactively bring new innovative ideas and improved processes to the team for considerationContinually help to identify, propose and implement cost-savings opportunitiesKnowledge of best-practices and market trends which could improve Workday eventsExperience working in IT/ HR industry is considered an advantage Multilingual skills would be an advantage (French or Spanish or German) ** Please note 30%  global travel may be required Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
