We are seeking a motivated Junior Salesforce Administrator/Support professional to join team. This role will primarily involve assisting in the administration, configuration, and support of our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in Salesforce technology, a willingness to learn, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:Support data management tasks such as data imports, data cleanup, and data integrity initiatives.Assist in user management, profiles, roles, permission sets, workflows, and process builder configurations.Handle basic Salesforce configurations and customization tasks under the guidance of senior administrators.Act as the first point of contact for Salesforce-related support requests from users.Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely manner.Provide basic training and guidance to users on Salesforce functionality.Document support issues and resolutions for future reference.Assist in gathering requirements for system enhancements and new projects.Participate in testing and rollout of new features and functionalities.Contribute to the continuous improvement of Salesforce processes and workflows.Work closely with senior Salesforce administrators and other IT teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.Qualifications:Basic understanding of Salesforce.com platform, including configuration, workflows, and administration.Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Administrator certification) are a plus but not required.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Eagerness to learn new technologies and tools.SailPoint is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome everyone to our team.  All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
