Successful candidates should have a strong background in data science or analytics and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment without being hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.What You Will Accomplish:Manage and coach a team of impactful analystsSet Analytics strategy, design and manage analytics roadmaps for Feedback and Content Moderation domainsDefine, design and track metrics to measure product performance and lead product health monitoringDesign and implement A/B tests, causal inference, predictive analytics to identify and quantify opportunities and drive product strategy and roadmapsDevelop dashboards and other self-service data visualization toolsPartner with cross functional teams (Engineering, Product, Risk, Trust, Policy etc.) to identify, prioritize and solve trust-related business challenges & develop best in class analytics solutionsWhat You Will Bring:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or other quantitative fields and 8+ years of professional experience in using data to facilitate business decisions. Master’s degree is a plusExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factorsAbility to summarize complex analytical results and implications to senior leadership and collaborators in a clear and actionable mannerProven track record of enhancing data science to drive significant business impact, preferably within a product organizationExperience in efficient manipulation and analysis of large data setsAdvanced understanding of big data technologies and tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, SQL, Tableau) and experimentation concepts#LI-HybridThe pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.$149,200 - $234,850Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
