Country Counsel of HP in Finland, the Baltics, and NorwayDescription -You are a legal and strategic business partner for the Finnish, Baltics, and Norwegian business operations and their management teams, supporting all commercial activities, legal compliance, and integrity. You negotiate complex international PC, managed print, and service deals with multinational customers. Furthermore, you advise and train the business on a wide range of issues related to contracting, public tenders, competition law, data protection law, etc. You work closely with management, business, finance, sustainability and compliance, and many other functions at HP. The Country Counsel will work out of a new, truly inspiring office in Espoo, Finland.Legal organizationThe Country Counsel will be part of the Northern Europe (NE) legal team, which is part of the Northwest Europe (NWE) legal team (including the UK&I legal team). The NWE legal team consists of around 11 legal colleagues in the region and a couple of administrative staff. The Country Counsel of HP FL and HP N will report to the Northern Europe Managing Counsel, Jette Valentin Winberg.
