Your role
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales opportunities and closing deals over the phone or through other electronic communication channels. They work closely with potential customers to understand their needs, promote products or services, and provide appropriate solutions. We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will also work with their peers in the field to prospect, close, and support the overall sales process. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving our sales targets and contributing to the company's growth.
What you'll do
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to qualify leads and identify sales opportunities
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive prospecting and lead-generation activities
Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations
Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits
Handle objections and address customer concerns to facilitate the sales process
Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales deals and achieve revenue targets
Maintain accurate and up to date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales for their peers in the field
What you’ll bring
You move fast, while paying attention to detail
You are a strong verbal and written communicator with impeccable cross-functional relationship skills
1+ years proven work experience as an Inside Sales Rep or a similar sales role
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Self-motivated and target-driven with results-oriented mindset
Proficiency with in using CRM Salesforce or similar tools
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and working toward aggressive timelines
You are motivated by HopSkipDrive’s mission and embody the HopSkipDrive core values
You have a demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely
You are proficient in Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Forms, and Google Sheets.
You bring an analytical mindset to all your initiatives and understand how to translate impact from your efforts to business metrics

HopSkipDrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in is $80,000 year plus commission, OTE 20,000. This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
