Our identity security solutions secure and enable thousands of companies worldwide giving our customers unmatched visibility into the entirety of their digital workforce, ensuring workers have the right access to do their job.   About the team: The Role:We are seeking Senior and Staff level .NET Software Engineers that will be responsible for the development work of the SailPoint On-Prem product File Access Manager, writing quality code and debugging tough problems, handling huge amounts of data. This will include releasing new features as well as supporting The Product and Team. SailPoint File Access Manager helps organizations identify and protect sensitive data against internal and external threats.You’ll be working in a well-established company with hundreds of customers while experiencing the excitement of an early-stage start-up. Our product – File Access Manager which is a complex and distributed security platform. Responsibilities include: You will be in charge of designing and developing complex features including collectingand processing huge amounts of data from different places spanning tens of differenttechnologies.If you love solving complex issues and learning new technologies fast, this is the placefor you.Produce designs and rough estimates, and implement features based on product requirements.Collaborate with peers on designs, code reviews, and testing. Preferred skills or things you will learn in the role:  Strong programming ability required, preferably in at least two of the following languages: C#, JavaScript, .NET Core.6+ years of professional software development experienceGreat communication skillsAdvanced experience with object-oriented analysis and design skillsAdvanced experience with an object-oriented programming language and techniquesSpoken & Written Languages: Fluent (B2 or better) in both Spanish and English.NET Core and C# experience – a mustSQL and NoSQL database systemsExcellent verbal and written skills in EnglishExcellent people skills and a "can-do" attitudeIndependent, highly motivated self-learnerTools & Technologies you’ll work with or learn:   What success looks like in this role: Within 30 days you will..... Onboard into your new role, get familiar with our product offering and technology, become familiar with your peers and stakeholdersBy 90 days Collaborate with the team to deliver work for assigned projects meeting quality expectationsBe able to provide accurate time estimates for work and achieve predictability with deliverables By 6 months Comfortably make commitments customer calls from time to time.
