Our team is excited to continue to be a pivotal contributor to projects geared toward automation and accounting for new entities.About the RoleBecome a member of the Workday’s Revenue Accounting Team.  We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager level leader that will be responsible for standing up and running our revenue accounting/operations team in India. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator with an entrepreneurial mindset who is also excited and energetic about joining a transformative team.Main Job Tasks and ResponsibilitiesHire the right talent to set-up our India revenue accounting/operations teamManage the day-to-day accounting activities and mentor junior team members of the revenue accounting/operations teamCollaborate with broader team on completing month-end close activities and accurate reporting of key revenue dataSupport the broader team with the preparation of technical accounting positions and supporting data studiesParticipation in projects as neededIdentify opportunities for process transformation and drive automationPartner with order-to-cash cross functional teams (Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, Sales Ops, Finance, and/or AR) to ensure all fully executed agreements are properly booked and recognized in our systems to ensure accuracy in quarterly metricsReview revenue agreements in connection with deal review processAbout YouBasic Qualifications8+ years related experience in Revenue Accounting / Operations4+ years in People Leadership / Managerial roleDegree in Accounting/Finance or other related field of studyCPAOther QualificationsExperience with SaaS/Technology industry preferredA highly productive self-starter with very strong work ethicStrong accountability and detail oriented; prepares accurate and timely work productAbility to work independently and thrive, and be a team playerStrong interpersonal, communication and messaging skillsAbility to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environmentCapable of moving between a variety of roles with ease with working with cross functional teamsUnderstanding of global quote-to-cash business processes and best practicesExperience with Robotic Process AutomationAdvanced skills in Excel, Salesforce, Apttus, and experience using WorkdayOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
