Enterprise & Public Account Manager for PrintDescription -We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an HP Managed Print Services Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for selling HP Managed Print Services and consulting customers on modern Printing, Scanning & Document Management solutions. You will have a strong focus on acquiring new business and hunting for new opportunities within the Swiss Public and Enterprise segment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities Establishes strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders, including executives, to become a strategic partner and trusted advisor. Proactively builds and manages deal funnel, including early engagement with potential new customers Develops and executes comprehensive strategic account plans for key clients, aligning their business goals with the organization's offerings. Leads cross-functional teams for RFI/RFP responses, proposal writing and offering presentations. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to drive integrated planning and execution to ensure aligned client engagement and service. Engages with partners to improve win rates and delivery; meets and/or exceeds revenue and margin quotas. Leads contract renewal negotiations, manages pricing discussions and secures contract extensions while ensuring favourable terms for both parties. Provides guidance and mentorship to junior account managers, assisting in their development and growth within the organization. Education & Experience Recommended Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in customer relationship management, and account management for Managed Services, or a related field.
