We are seeking a software engineer to join our Advertiser Growth team! The team is responsible for growing and activating the number of advertisers on Reddit.  Advertiser Growth is a part of the Advertiser Platform organization that owns a number of products on ads.reddit.com, the core advertiser-facing product on Reddit. Our team not only builds new products on Reddit Ads but also supports other teams building their products on top of our platform. We expect our engineers to take ownership and have pride in the work and support we provide. Responsibilities: The Reddit Ads platform ( ads.reddit.com ) Build products that will help advertisers onboard and activate quickly Deliver a user experience that’s intuitive for our advertisers as they navigate how to build ads efficiently Have a voice in how the future of Reddit ads evolves Dive deep into the ads platform, be hands on with working on Ads Manager as well as ad products on Reddit.com Use AI tools to onboard and activate advertisers Technologies used on the team include: Languages : Typescript, Go, Python Frameworks: React, Thrift, Baseplate, Kafka Datastores : Postgres, Cassandra, Druid, Redis, BigQuery T ools: Kubernetes, Argo, Docker Requirements: 2+ years of software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages (Javascript/Typescript, Python, Golang, Java, Scala, C++, etc.) Able to take complete ownership of a feature or project Able to work across the stack, Frontend and Backend development   An interest in the advertising business and understanding customer needs Preferred: Experience in the analytics, data visualization, or ads space. Experience partnering with product managers and designers.
