Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:We are seeking a dynamic pre-sales professional who excels at scoping and positioning our call center people-as-a-service and technology offerings to meet the needs of prospective Ubiquity customers. The ideal candidate will drive sales opportunities into commercial and enterprise deals and grow the services revenue for new clients. As a motivated and experienced self-starter, you will educate prospects about our vision and partner with internal teams to lead strategy and support sales efforts of our BPO services. You will collaborate with Account Executives (AEs), Operations, IT, our People team, and Legal to develop winning proposals and statements of work (SOW) that deliver desired outcomes and ensure the successful use of Ubiquity services. Responsibilities:- Collaborate with account executives and operations teams to position Ubiquity services across the entire customer lifecycle to potential customers.- Map customer business objectives and use cases to the correct implementation package(s).- Drive functional and technical discovery to create and negotiate Statements of Work (SOW) and change orders that deliver desired customer outcomes.- Engage with Legal to develop all client-facing agreements.- Present implementation, optimization, and managed services recommendations and proposals.- Collaborate with our partners to ensure successful outcomes.- Promote, educate, and position our offerings as best-in-class.- Expand and grow business relationships with new clients and the internal Ubiquity Sales team.- Execute plans to increase service offerings, promote exposure, and identify key market opportunities and growth areas.- Maintain product and service expertise across the Ubiquity portfolio, including call center services, technology, and ancillary professional services.Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in call centers, consulting firms, or global BPOs.- Strong experience in assessing organizational needs, designing solutions, and implementing initiatives.- Proven ability to advise clients and deliver solutions for transforming customer experiences and operational environments.- Excellent business acumen and a focus on performance excellence.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to various stakeholders.- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and maintain a positive demeanor.- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.- Passion for leading in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.- Keen attention to detail and a drive to optimize procedures.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (intermediate to advanced).Join us and be a part of a team that drives change and delivers exceptional results for our clients and communities.What we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
