We are committed to working as a team and so support each other to achieve wins as a team.Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / ExperienceExperience in online ticket salesExperience of managing ticket inventoryExcellent numeracy skills with exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in using Excel at intermediate or above levelStrong organisational skills and a proven ability to multi-task, prioritise, manage task.Previous experience of reporting on and analysing data, ideally in a ticketing environment.Experience of managing content, optimising the customer journey and improving customer experienceBehavioursThe following attributes determine how the role will be carried out and are required to be a successStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders from multiple countriesFlexibility to accommodate early onsalesEnthusiasm to work onsite at events on occasion/when requiredProactive and demonstrates initiative, drive and commitment to achieve objectivesAbility to work accurately and effectively and to meet deadlinesAbility to work independently with a high level of personal responsibility and initiativeCombines analytical thought with creativity to excel at problem-solvingCommercially minded – able to identify and exploit opportunitiesYou may have experience in the following roles: Ticketing manager, Sales Manager, Client Account / Services Manager or Executive, Box Office Manager.What the role includesManage all aspects of the product set-up of the Mastercard Priceless Experiences and ensure overall synergyLiaise with MPE, promoter’s ticketing departments, venues, or third parties to manage ticket stock, including the negotiation of volumes and locations.Manage end-to-end event ticketing for a variety of tours, including liaising with promoters and ticket agents, manifesting shows, managing allocations, maximising ticket sales and reconciling events.Prepare materials for on-sale by obtaining and confirming tour/event details including:Tour routing/event datesPre-sale/on-sale schedule including any MPE requirementsPurchaser ticket limits and age restrictionsFace value price structure and scalingBooking fees, rebatesSeating plans and locationsRequest ticket holds and liase with MPE to approve locations in all cities for all VIP packagesComplete set up forms, oversee ticket pricing charts for tours and check on correctness of all points of sale.Administer events in EOS (our in-house event operating system), manage inventory and allocations including:Collate sales data from Ticketmaster UK, other UK and European / worldwide ticket vendors.Distribute sales reports on agreed schedule to MPE team, VIP Nation, LN Ticketing, Promoters, Agents and Artist Management.Liase with ticket vendors to create and manage a dispatch plan to ensure ticket proofs and stock are received on time for dispatch to customers.Plan and execute the closing of event sale by:Instructing ticket vendors to close salesSending instructions to promotional sites to list as off-sale/sold outObtain and report on final sales to relevant partiesOrder customer lists for the Event ManagerPro-actively seek opportunities to maximise sales by moving inventory around products to maximise best sellers.Ensure VIP online visibility to consumers across all ticket platforms, including the MPE platformEnsure VIP packages are available to purchase for all pre-sales and public on-sales, across multiple on-sale schedules, cities and time-zones.Obtain official tour visual assets, adapt and edit to fit our web and social media needs, gaining approval with artist management/agent/MPE teams.Creating VIP Nation tour webpages, making sure any presale and on sale links are added, as well as to all relevant MPE, Live Nation & Artist websites and presale webpages.Attend events and manage specific ticketing duties, where relevant, including assisting the Event Manager.Equal OpportunitiesWe are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
