You will closely collaborate with Broadcom marketing colleagues, as well as other local stakeholders across the organization to ensure content and tactics are continually monitored, measured, and enhanced to maximize campaign effectiveness and align with Broadcom’s business goals.Your ImpactPlan, manage, and execute multiple marketing programs focused on targeting IT personasCollaborate with sales, centralized marketing and product marketing teams to craft marketing campaigns that align with the Broadcom business strategy in JapanLead participation in 3rd party and industry events and work with the extended marketing team to enhance the Broadcom brandManage external agencies, vendors, and international projects to improve overall marketing performanceCreate targeted ABM programs for strategic accounts and be a key driver in recommending, leading and executing ABM tactics across Japan Serve as a marketing liaison to sales and local stakeholders and provide them with account insights and upcoming marketing campaigns on a regular basisSource ongoing feedback from local sales and local stakeholders, and monitor the competitive landscape, to refine and enhance marketing plansAssist with the execution of channel marketing programs in JapanManage the translation of content for JapanRegularly assess campaign effectiveness and share results and market insights with internal stakeholdersEnsure all field marketing programs comply with local data privacy regulationsAccountable for the related marketing budgets – planning, tracking, optimization and reporting across all marketing activity to increase efficiencies and effectivenessKey Requirements: Minimum 10 years’ technology industry marketing experienceExperience in B2B or field marketing, preferably strong domain and market knowledge of the Japan IT industry Experience planning and executing targeted ABM campaignsExcellent understanding of the needs of sales teams and ability to translate business needs into successful marketing plansPrior experience with a major MNC in a regional capacity working across multiple functions and country stakeholdersBe creative, collaborative and methodical in your approach at reaching specific market audiences, working with multiple stakeholders across various platformsExperience working with stakeholders including senior leadershipStrong collaboration, intercultural, presentation and communication skillsFluent in Japanese and EnglishStrong organizational and time management skillsDegree in marketing, business, or equivalent disciplineBroadcom is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
