As a Retention Program Manager, Vendor Management you will will be collaborate and you will develop-and-implement management of our vendor(s) who contribute to strategic programs with the Autodesk ecosystem to help maximize retention results for Autodesk and our channel partners.You will report to the Senior Program Manager, Retention Programs and you will work hybrid/remote in the Barcelona office.ResponsibilitiesWork with our Customer Success Organization, Sales, Business Strategy & Marketing, Partner Management teams, Global Sales Operations, and the Digital Sales & Retention Teams to coordinate, develop short-term and long-term Vendor retention programs aimed at increasing customer retentionManage all aspects of program development & execution for Vendor management and assigned retention programs, including:Collect input from stakeholder teams (Commercial Customer Success teams, Territory Sales & Channel Management)Review plans and solicit feedback from stakeholder teams, such as Customer Success, sales, partner management and partnersSystems knowledge to understand and isolate business impactsCommunicate programs using established communication media, including email, webinars, newsletter submissions and participating on team callsCoordinate with retention Analyst to forecast and measure results agreed to by program sponsors, and raise alerts about potential issuesUse historic performance and team input to develop budgets & forecasts for the programSuggest and implement recommended improvements to address issues that arisePost-mortem recommendations to be used in future campaign developmentPerform ad-hoc analysis to support programs and assigned our goals, including:Work with data teams to identify appropriate data sources for analysis, and collect/download data from internal systemsValidate data and resultsIdentify main takeaways from the analysis and communicate in written, oral and presentation formatsImprove where no solution has been previously identified to answer complex business problemsSupport our Go-to-market planning programs:Contribute to program strategy and designHelp prepare and deliver presentations to support the program goalsPromote programs with our teams (Partner Management, Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Success, Data Analytic Organizations) and external teams (Agents, VAR, VAD (Value Added Distributors), Partners, Digital Direct)Minimum Qualifications6+ years experience in marketing, sales, program management or vendor managementBachelor's Degree or equivalentExperience in developing strategic programsAbility to travelExcellent program managementKnowledge of Autodesk products and the business modelsCollaboration, teamwork#LI-FB1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
