Ensure all OKRs are in alignment with Finance objectives and company strategic initiatives. Coordinate with leaders across the team to track status and drive quarterly individual contributor goal setting processes to further ensure alignment with the team's goals.Metrics: Aggregate PMO productivity and value metrics; quarterly, capture and report on CAO org functional teams’ efficiency and financial metrics. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
