What You’ll Be Doing:  You'll be a constant companion for each candidate's journey through the hiring process, from start to finish. You'll coordinate all of our recruiting activities with candidates and correspond with them in a warm, helpful, and friendly tone, whether it be via email, voice, or video. You'll schedule all interviews for Grow Therapy including hiring manager interviews, final round interviews, and any supplemental rounds after that.  You'll work to ensure our applicant tracking system is the single source of truth and that all the data is correct.  You'll proactively iterate to ensure the candidate experience is high-touch, empathetic, and organized, with no candidate being dropped. Salary range: The base salary range for this position is $60,000-80,000.  You’ll Be a Good Fit If:  You have 1+ years of experience performing in a recruiting coordinator role  You are extremely organized and highly efficient at multitasking  You have experience scheduling interviews using an ATS [preferably greenhouse]  You have experience with application review and moving candidate through an ATS [preferably greenhouse]  You are energized and excited about being Grow’s first recruiting coordinator!  If you don’t meet every single requirement, but are still interested in the job, please apply.
