The role requires strategic mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to create engaging experiences that align with the company's brand and objectives. As part of the Customer Lifecycle team, you will work with operational frameworks to achieve predicable engagement for the right customer (Decision Maker, Administrators & End Users) using the right content at the right time. You will work cross-functionally with other departments in Alteryx (including Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, Community, Product and Support) to drive value, enhance ROI and optimize satisfaction for each customer you engage with.Responsibilities Oversee logistical details such as audio-visual requirements & event materials.Implement KPIs, process & tools for tracking and measuring the success of events.Develop promotional materials and communication strategies to generate interest and drive attendance through Alteryx Community & Lifecycle Programs.Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative event concepts and technologies. Adapt event strategies based on feedback, changing market conditions, and company goals.Conduct a thorough post-event analysis, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
