Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:Job Responsibilities:Work under the Ubiquity’s Engineering & Architecture management directives to support, implement, monitor and administer the infrastructure and services.Act as the 3rd and 4th level of support for Ubiquity’s Engineering & Architecture infrastructure services including but not limited toEnsure system and service administration is practiced in-line with approved procedures.Maintaining, Assessing, Troubleshooting & Improving good working conditions of server rooms across all sites in general.Advanced troubleshooting and implementation of solution in conjunction with vendor and third-party support within the applicable technology platform that you will be responsible for.Support, Report and Administration of Local IT’s inventory, maintenance and devices (If required)Comply and being proactive with the ITSM processes approved lifecycle & SLA standards:Skills and Qualifications:Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in supporting Network & Systems infrastructure.Good to have knowledge of virtualization systems, windows and Linux operating systems, Web Application Server Administration, security, network, storage, backup, monitoring and applications, autosys with rotating shift-mode.Knowledge in ITIL/ITSM framework.Knowledge in using a Monitoring Software (example: Grafana, BMC, Solarwinds, or Microsoft SCOM, etc.).Knowledge in DatabasesKnowledge in Application Support & Management.Knowledge in Web Application Server Administration.Competencies in IT Software and Hardware.Competencies in Linux flavor.Competences in IT Hardware.Competencies in Storage Management.Must be amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.Must be amenable to work on a night schedule or as suggested by the management.What we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
