Job Summary:JOB DESCRIPTION – SENIOR TICKETING CONSULTANT-GERMAN SPEAKINGLocation: Ticketmaster Schweiz AG Zürichstrasse 125 CH-8600 Dübendorf - right next to Stettbach train stationTHE JOBWe are currently looking for a service-oriented IT-savvy personality with strong organizational skills as a Senior Ticketing Consultant.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGResponsibility for operational ticketing services for the entire event lifecycle of promoter key accounts assigned to you in the sports entertainment and cultural environmentCreation and administration of events in our ticketing systemsFirst ticketing support contact for a selection of key accountsBuilding and maintaining excellent customer relationships through individual client supportAdvising and training our clients to ensure a complete solution to their technical requirements and service requestsOn-site support at events and application support for our business partners outside of regular business hours (on-call service)Acquiring in-depth knowledge of ticketing products and services that support the entire operational lifecycle of eventsWHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)Service-oriented with strong organizational and communication skillsStrong IT affinityExperience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce Experience in managing projectsExperience in an international environment and/or the event industry is an advantageKnowledge of Ticketmaster products and applications is desirableFluent German and English skills.
