In this role, you will work closely with small to medium customers as well as sales reps to provide proactive and reactive sales support. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth pre-sales administration and transactions coordination, while also engaging with customers and assisting with complex deal support. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity and reinforcing process and policy adoption.Responsibilities Pre-Sales Administration and Transactions Coordination:Coordinate pre-sales activity for small- and medium-size customers.Collect and validate accurate data upfront.Maintain up-to-date customer information and legal documents.Manage cases according to regional guidelines.Oversee quote approval and new customer set up.Handle escalation between Sales Support and internal groups.Work on small projects in addition to everyday role.Customer Engagement:Follow up with customers on required documents.Ensure customer PO compliance and order follow-up.Assist customers via email or phone.Gather preliminary QBR info.Complex Deal Support:Project manage large, complex deals.Keep quotes and documents up to date.Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.Data Integrity:Resolve credit and billing issues.Execute data corrections in Siebel.Clean up opportunities in Salesforce.Process and Policy Adoption and Reinforcement:Train sales reps on new tools, processes, and policies.Deliver refresher trainings.Communicate process improvements to the sales teamQualifications, Skills & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of interest Fluent written and verbal English level requiredProven experience in sales support or related rolesStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyProficient in using CRM and other sales support toolsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with an agile mindset Our offerEmployment in a stable company with an established position in the market.Possibility to work within fast growing world’s 500 Fortune digital infrastructure company.Challenging job in a dynamic, professional, international and multicultural environment.Possibility to participate in company sponsored trainings package.Employee Assistance Program – assess to free counselling legal and financial consultations and crisis intervention.
