This role is a key member of the Global Benefits team and will partner with leadership to design and deliver global benefits This role will be participate in streamlining global processes and benefit offerings (absence management, global time off, and others).ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development and execution of the total rewards strategy through data-driven analysis, program design, and implementationParticipate in external benefits surveys, including a review of data submissions for surveys, spooling relevant reports for review and decision makingMaintain accuracy and integrity of Benefits related data in Workday through regular audits and data coordinationParticipate in benefits discovery initiatives, map out all existing benefits and ensure that these are well translated into the Global Benefits Technology platformSupport the full lifecycle of all Benefit programs, including global benefits renewals, global pensions audit, benefit structure reviews and implementation across the globeManage benefit reviews for Equinix Connect groups – review across the globe the requests from each group and ensure alignment with the Global Benefits philosophyParticipate in the development of communications and education including collaborating with the broader team on all benefit plansCoordinate the collection and submission of materials required for audit controlsResponsible for analytics and reporting for all benefit related streamsWorks with the team on the annual budget submissions for BenefitsAssist with ad hoc data requests and special projectsQualificationBachelor's degree5 years in global or regional benefits or 5 progressive years of experience in Total Rewards.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Tableau, Power BiExperience with Workday or similar HRIS.Experience working with external survey data sources such as Mercer's Global Benefits Monitor, Radford or Comptryx and other benefit specific surveys.Proven experience quickly learning new concepts and tools.Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Global leaves experience preferred.Ability to think globally, strategically, and objectively to effectively translate data into actionable insights and strategies.Detail oriented, organized, and can manage multiple assignments successfully in a fast-paced environment.
