This pivotal role involves modernizing Equinix’s talent technology and processes to enhance hiring and employee success on a global scale. The role requires collaboration with key stakeholders across various functions to shape talent technology strategy, influence priorities, and implement projects. Employing product design thinking, the Manager will prioritize customer needs, utilize data-driven decision-making, and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and business outcomes.
