The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco: In this role, you are the Senior Director, Growth of Korea, leading a highly effective Moloco Ads growth team and driving client success. To be successful, you will need to leverage your extensive leadership, sales, account management and partnerships experience and industry connections to attract our clients. You will coach and lead a team of Growth Managers, have a responsibility for revenue growth, and work closely with other functions to deliver Moloco’s unique value to our clients. This is a senior role and directly reports to the Regional Country Leader, Korea. This role is based in Seoul. The Opportunity: Develop and lead client growth strategy and execution of Moloco Ads in Korea.  Lead an organization of people comprising Growth Managers. Define the business plan for the team and drive execution.  Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive leaders and key decision makers in our existing clients.  Accountable for exceeding revenue targets for the Growth of Korea.  Be operationally excellent in the day-to-day running of the business including hiring, people management, forecasting, account management, performance management and coaching. Drive a customer success focus and growth as a team culture.  Serve as a member of the Moloco Business Leadership team and build collaborative relationships and drive alignment across the organization such as (but not limited to) Product, GTM, Marketing, Data Analytics and Support team. How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me? 5+ years of leadership and people management experience. 10+ years of experience in the tech industry with expertise in digital marketing, sales, consulting, or business development. Proven track record of building and managing high performing organizations. Demonstrated ability to achieve ambitious sales goals in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated track record of winning and establishing strategic relationships with clients and partners.  Strong sales, business development, customer success, partnership and strategic planning background.  Be an entrepreneurial thinker and have a strong growth mindset. Excellent leadership skills with the experience and seniority to recruit and train the best talent in the industry. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.   Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.
