Job Requisition ID #24WD79267Position OverviewYou are a salesperson looking for a new challenge, turn challenging discussion into clear agreements, being firm but fair, come to join our License Compliance Team!You will report into Licence Compliance ManagerJob's workplace: hybridResponsibilitiesYou will lead License Compliance (LC) strategy to exceed ACV/Billings planYou will develop an annual LC Territory Sales plan to ensure success for each fiscal yearYou will work through leads and opportunities in the Strategic Territory and Overall Territory spaceYou will Identify and capture sales opportunities using highly developed Anti-piracy telemetry with our customers who have under-licensed Autodesk software product. You will assist customers in determining and purchasing correct levels of Autodesk licensesYou will take customers through the audit process: from notification of the audit at customer C-level, facilitating the collection of deployment data of the customer environment, presenting the results of the audit analysis to main customer stakeholders (including C-level), escalating within the customer or our side, negotiating the resolution of the compliance investment until full closure of the commercial resolutionYou will demonstrate knowledge of our software licensing models, license agreements and contracts. Be a subject matter expert on these topicsYou will maintain basic knowledge of Autodesk products, competition and industry trends along with understanding project delivery methodsYou will understand legal compliance framework and exercising high-level judgment for each customer situation you are involved inYou will use our License Compliance analytics tools and databases to investigate License Compliance prospectsYou will guide direct deal closures where the customer has a clear understanding of how the outstanding compliance exposure can be invested in new Autodesk software and technologiesYou will use Salesforce.com to track all opportunities, activities and resultsYou will engage and collaborate with Territory Sales and Value-Added Resellers where applicable – for example, where there might be up-selling opportunities within the LC matterYou will guide and executes several LC campaignsMinimum requirementFluency in French and EnglishInside sales/office-based sales experienceProficient in using several CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce.com, Siebel, etc.)Previous experience in License compliance, if possibleExperience managing complex pushback by customers regarding the compliance situationBe able to facilitate challenging conversations and negotiations with customer C-level stakeholders#LI-MM2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
