Job Requisition ID #24WD79244Position OverviewAt Autodesk we do what no other company on the planet can, provide our customers the technology to Make Anything.  In the Enterprise Systems and Experience organization, we empower the Autodesk enterprise by designing, engineering, and operating secure, scalable, and frictionless experiences.  As part of most important strategic objectives, we are looking for a project and program manager to help lead our Product Delivery Excellence program.  This person will play a key role in helping us increase the operational reliability of our products and services and accelerate our speed-to-market of new products and features.ResponsibilitiesManage the scope and schedule for complex enterprise projects and programs with heavy cross-functional participation and boundary-crossing dependenciesFacilitate fact-based, data-driven decision-making with the appropriate domain expertise and project governancePresent clear options and recommendations to senior audienceYou will represent technical, business and customer/user concernsIdentify, mitigate risks & manage issues to resolutionYou will guide course corrections for deliveries connecting with the right people at the right timeAssist in the removal of tactical and organizational impediments and manage issues arising from daily activitiesNimble in adapting project plans to changing conditionsEnsure projects align with high-level business objectives; challenge outcomes as they are defined and ratifiedImprove processes and identify new program management opportunitiesExercise judgement in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining resultsBuild meaningful reports based on real data to help leadership make the most informed decisionsDrive automation of delivery processes that span across teams (design, development, and operations) with transparency and clarity as a focusMinimum QualificationsAt least 3 to 5 years of applicable technical project management experienceFamiliarity with Agile work patterns - scrum, kanban, etc. and related tools such as Jira, Mural, etc.Experience working with engineering scrum teams, preferably with Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certificationsVery strong communication skills and exceptional planning skillsExperience managing different company stakeholders, from technical teams to business leaders, product managers and designersPossess an analytical, problem-solving mindset with a love for diving into details and connecting them to the big pictureLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $94,400 and $162,800. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
