Ready to be a Titan?The Analyst, Business Operations and Strategy is an integral role on the Revenue Strategy & Operations team, contributing to ServiceTitan’s data-driven strategic decision making. This role focuses on building market insights through robust modeling to understand market potential and whitespace opportunities. Additionally, it involves synthesizing complex data into actionable recommendations, effectively communicating findings to stakeholders, and providing ad-hoc analytical support to GM partners. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a solid grasp of macroeconomic trends. What you'll do:Build, maintain and optimize ServiceTitan’s top-down TAM and penetration models, along with comprehensive documentation and regular reportingDiscover market insights by building extensions to existing models, conducting deep dives and ad-hoc analysisDrive various processes to ensure data quality and accuracy across the CRM for ongoing sales operations, and provide analytical support to the Commercial/Construction and Fintech orgsPartner with cross-functional teams across the business, including general managers (GM), finance and product strategy to integrate data insights into strategic planning and executionPresent findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations and reportsAutomate recurring reporting for operational efficiencies What you'll bring:Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Data Science or a similar field2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in consulting, corporate strategy or data analyticsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop data-driven insightsHands on experience with analyzing large data sets using SQL, BI (Tableau) tools and Gsheets/ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholdersStrong business acumen and a solid understanding of macroeconomics factors and trendsExperience with Salesforce CRM (preferable)Be Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list.
