Field Marketing SpecialistAn exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving, dynamic, and creative marketing team. The Field Marketing Associate for Retail EMEA is responsible for supporting the strategic B2B marketing plan development and execution for the different countries while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall GTM strategy and messaging. The job requires regular communication with EMEA and corporate marketing team members, and good campaign and lead generation management skills. The ability to organise, prioritise and manage multi projects in an international environment is a prerequisite. The Field Marketing Specialist will be involved in marketing projects at the EMEA and international level. Job location is Paris, Bracknell, Stockholm, Bruxelles, Amsterdam or London.Responsible for supporting the regional (UK & Ireland, Nordics, DACH, South, MENA) strategic marketing plan development including budgeting and plan executionManaging B2B marketing programs with a strong focus on lead generation: campaigns, events, customer marketing initiatives, Webinars, Executive EngagementCoordinating with business development, alliances, and sales teams in the different countries/territoriesLead, develop, and manage events (in person and/or online) to ensure delivery is professional, timely and cost-effectiveManage localization of campaigns and Assets (collaterals) in alignment with the Campaign Team, ABM Team, Product Marketing Team and territorial TeamLiaising with sales teams to arrange customer references, press releases, and customer speechesCollaboration with Partners to develop co-marketing campaigns/eventsOversee localization of local websitesManaging marketing-related vendorsROI analysis for marketing activities and budget trackingWillingness to travel (Up to 30%)Graduate, preferably in marketing or business-related disciplineStrong post-graduate experience in B2B marketing, branding, or project managementGood project management and organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple and competing demands promptly and professionally.Creativity and demonstrated ability to think innovatively and quicklyEnergetic and results-oriented individual with a strong “can-do attitude”.Ability and desire to work in a fast-moving, constantly changing environment.Must speak and write English fluently.Knowledge of a third language among the following is welcome: Italian, Spanish, Dutch, ArabicStrong communication skillsExcellent IT and analytical skills including knowledge of digital marketing and social platformsExperience working both independently (with remote management) and in teams across Europe is a plusOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
