Together, we build the future.Responsibilities:Establish project timelines, including milestones and deadlines for every deliverableAdjust timelines as needed to reflect project changesServe as the liaison between clients and the internal teamDelegate tasks to team members as neededEnsure quality standards are met for all deliverablesAnalyze current processes to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.Monitor and report on the progress of process improvement initiatives.Develop and maintain process documentation.Facilitate process improvement workshops and training sessions.Experience and skills needed:Previous leadership experienceMicrosoft Office experience is a plusStrong communication (written and verbal)Team-oriented mindsetStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.We value the skills, experience, and dedication that veterans bring to the workforce and are committed to supporting their transition to civilian life.
