Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:Job Responsibilities:Establishing a detailed solution for existing and future application specifications through discussion with Business Analyst and end usersProvide technical expertise circling applications to help the IT Architects create detailed technical documentations. Devising possible solutions to predicted problems, evaluating other options that will ultimately help to achieve company goals.Combining all elements of applications design and providing proof of concept. Testing sample datasets to check that output from the program works as intended.Develop integration components as necessary.Increasing applications operating efficiency, security and adapting to new requirements, as necessary.Providing RCA and permanent fix to the recurring and high impacting issues.Providing technical suggestions and advise to other Support Engineers.Assisting with systems integrationsManaging ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries andResolutions are kept up to dateCreating and updating technical documents and proceduresIdentifying and resolving technical issuesManaging coordination at a local and international level. (If required)Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business (If required)Skills and Qualifications:Must have relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree (e.g., Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering) or equivalent.Demonstrates competent understanding of the 3-tier application structureExperience in collaborative Agile, ITIL, QA and DevelopmentExperience in Security principles and practiceMust be proficient in English, both written and verbal.Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.At least 3 to 5 years of business and programming experience in both agile and waterfall methodology.Understanding of Networking, including firewall and load balancersUnderstanding of Database technologies.Knowledgeable in implementing application security, high availability and scalability is a plusAptitude, interest, analytical skills to perform computer, network and other electronic systems engineering and design.What we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
