Razer is also a great place to work, providing you the unique, gamer-centric #LifeAtRazer experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.Job Responsibilities :Lead all sales marketing and business development activities in the Americas region, including US, Canada, Central and South Americas.Responsibilities:Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:Design and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals and lead the regional sales team to hit their individual targets.Achieve growth and profitability targetsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.Lead and Manage Sales Team:Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, setting clear objectives and KPIs.Mentor and coach team members to enhance their sales skills and professional development.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key partners, merchants and distributors.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.Market Expansion:Explore and enter new markets to expand the company's reach and influence.Establish and maintain partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders.Monitor the market and competitor products and activitiesSales Forecasting and Reporting:Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to forecast future sales trends.Prepare regular and insightful reports for senior management on sales achievements, challenges, and opportunities.Collaboration with Other Departments:Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.Provide valuable insights from the field to contribute to product/service enhancements.Pre-Requisites :Salary Ranges (per annum):$113,249.00 - $188,748.00Disclaimer: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.Are you game?
