With national and international travelRole Description Working within VIP Nation International you will help overseeing all aspects of the fulfilment of theMastercard Priceless Experiences across arena and stadium tours in the regions (UK, EMEA, Asia, NZ, Australia). In this role you will lead the operations touring team in creating and delivering these experiences at some of the world’s biggest live acts. For this role you should possess exceptional communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Who you are Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience Excellent verbal communication skills Experience in live entertainment and/or brand activations is essentialExperienced in the fulfilment of VIP activity across international tours would be advantageousAccurately managing budgets to deadline Previous experience in managing a team of event staff The candidate should have previous experience in writing and delivering briefings to an appropriate standardBasic understanding of Health and Safety requirements, including risk assessments and familiarity with all prevailing event day emergency plans. Proficiency in Microsoft applications especially Excel is essential. Basic knowledge of basic food hygiene and liquor licensing regulations would be an advantage. Previous corporate /private events experience would be a distinct advantage Experience in a customer services environment, ideally in a dispute resolution capacity Good command of written English and additional languages would be an advantagePrevious experience in an admin heavy role is desirable Behaviours The following attributes determine how the role will be carried out and are required to be a success Proactive and demonstrates initiative Organised and deadline focused Self-motivated and takes ownership for personal and technical development Adaptability in any given situation Commitment and willingness to learn What the role includes Project manage all aspects of the delivery of the Mastercard Priceless Experiences and ensure overall synergy Help with initial concept of events and be responsible for event space / lounge bookings relative to the MPE Help with proposal deck creation alongside the VIP Nation team Manage budget set ups, monitoring and reporting for the MPE Co-ordinate logistical arrangements across international markets including shipping of equipment and end of tour returns Help book, brief and manage touring MPE representatives Agree and compile entry information and timings for letters/emails and itineraries for guests. Manage administrative tasks using tools such as Mailchimp, Attendium, Saleforce, Concur etc.. Compile and disseminate briefing packs + analyse post show reports and act based on VIP rep and internal sales and marketing feedback Monitor staffing levels at shows for the Mastercard Priceless ExperiencesAssist in ensuring specified goods and services are delivered to the customers before, during and after the event, as may be appropriate. Assist in sourcing suppliers, including facilitating tender processes (where required). Deal with any event day customer issues which local event staffing or touring reps are unable to resolve. Comply with LN agreed policies and procedures including Health & Safety policies, always complying with the requirements of the Health & Safety and other regulations. To ensure that all appointed agents comply with all relevant legislation: health and safety, food hygiene, trade descriptions, planning, and licensing (liquor and gaming) and venue regulations.
