Job Requisition ID #24WD77620Position OverviewThe Director, Named Accounts Sales, Nordics (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland) leads the team responsible for guiding growth with our largest, enterprise customers headquartered in the Nordics. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Nordics & Central Named Accounts and lead a team of experienced Named Account Sales Executives.An important aspect is understanding relevant industries and coach the team to build high value executive relationships. As Nordics Sales Director you're also part of our customer engagement approach and you help develop executive relationships and negotiating renewals. To qualify for this role, you will be a strategic sales leader who can guide and inspire sales teams with high targets.ResponsibilitiesLead a regional team consisting of Named Accounts Sales Executives (NASEs) guiding growth on biggest accounts in the Nordics together with their related Account TeamsAchieve assigned financial targets by guiding team to expand and develop existing named accounts through a direct sales model.Engage and inspire team members to look at near and long term visions of the accounts by formulating appropriate account strategy.Manage your team performance, develop and retain talent and coach your team on a regular baseLead by example and engage with customer executives to support account team in implementing account strategyGuide your team through complex change by providing an inspirational picture of the future state, instilling a positive culture, and establishing new ways of workingWork with extended leadership group to agree on common targets and activitiesDeliver accurate forecast of the business. Have in-depth grasp of the business to facilitate weekly, quarterly and annual forecastsProvide regular customer feedback to the product, industry & strategic marketing teams to help identify product strengths and areas of improvement; work together with the extended teamCoordinate, influence, and orchestrate all of the appropriate resources for account and opportunity development. Lead the activities of sales team, including hiring, coaching talent, team culture and performance managementImprove Sales of the entire ADSK solution to end customers, including Software, Subscription, Consulting and SupportProvide input to senior management on Strategic Planning for named accountsMinimum Qualifications5+ years of experience leading teams that sell enterprise software with subscription and/or use-based business models and support customers in driving digitalization5+ years of experience in digitalization of enterprise customersExperience building relationships at multiple levels of an organization and supporting customer-facing interactions as an executive sponsor.Familiarity with business and technology trends in Autodesk target industries—globally and in EuropeUnderstand Autodesk technologies and promote their benefits to customers to maximize sales results5 years of Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospectsA Bachelor's degree or Master's degreePreferred QualificationsIdeally, you will be based in the Nordics#LI-SS1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
