As Executive Assistant, you'll provide administrative support to the Vice President of the AutoCAD team and the senior staff, by being a facilitator and liaison for the team. You will work predominantly with the Vice President and staff. You will perform multiple tasks, handle details of critical nature, while using your experience to proactively address potential problems and ensure an efficiently functioning team.You will report into the Vice President of AutoCAD and be a hybrid employee reporting into the San Francisco office.ResponsibilitiesYou will manage complex calendars while ensuring prioritization of activitiesProvide meeting support and coordinate logistics for departmental meetingsArrange international and domestic travelYou will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersYou will help create, review and edit documents, presentations and reportsHelp manage expense reports and reimbursements for the leadersHelp with the planning, execution, and tracking of various projects within the Global Communications departmentMinimum QualificationsYou have 4-6+ years' experience providing administrative support for senior level executiveYou have the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment that requires strong multitasking skills, time management, and self-starter mentalityYou are willing to adapt to rapidly changing environment and new processes and responsibilitiesYou have the proven ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively, and meet deadlinesYou are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Mac and Windows operating systems and related business applications such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePointYou understand how to handle confidential business mattersLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $73,400 and $126,500. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
