We are looking for an Operations Support Coordinator to join our team. The goal of an Operations Support Coordinator at Wisk is to ensure that our Flight Facility is held to the highest standard for the team to flight test the Wisk aircraft. You will be part of the Flight Test and Operations team that works towards the future of Aviation, providing Wisk with the best possible test environment for their aircraft.  Our goal is to ensure safe operations!  We are looking for the right person to keep the Flight Facility organized and operating in the best possible way. Why we need you The successful candidate is someone who has the right attitude and work ethic to join a fast-paced flight test team that is taking on the challenge of testing an all-new aircraft.  The right candidate will be a self-starter, who is motivated to put their mark on the future of Aviation.  In this role, the candidate must be willing to work well with others, learn from people, and help bring in another new mind to help solve the issues we will run into.  There are a lot of moving parts within the Flight Facility that need to be monitored, organized, and available at all times to ensure we stick to schedule. What you will do: As part of the Flight Test and Operations organization, and deployed in Operations Support, you will keep the Flight Facility organized and operational. You will take part in process development, maintenance, organization, and upkeep of the hardware needed for Flight Test to operate.  This includes, but is not limited to, tool crib management, ground support equipment maintenance, spare parts inventory, and shipping/receiving. You will support many functions within Wisk as we are at the end of the line where all teams come together on the aircraft!  Our role is to be able to test a fully functional aircraft in support of the company. You will coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on equipment used around the Flight Facility You will take part in maintenance activities, process improvement, and flight testing. As an Operations Support Coordinator, you will help define how the future of Aviation operates an all-electric, vertical takeoff and landing aircraft. What you have done: We are looking for an individual who is very organized with an ability to help with everything and anything thrown their way. You have worked in a fast paced environment where people can lean on you to get specific tasks done in a timely manner.  You have computer skills, including Google suite and the ability to work with other digital programs the company uses.  For example, JIRA Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
