Strategic Program Change ManagementDescription -We are seeking a driven and passionate Change Manager to join our team and lead the implementation of a large strategic program within the Print Software Community at HP. The ideal candidate is a motivated team-player, with a proven track record of successfully planning, managing, and executing on large-scale sophisticated and complex change initiatives. This role will require a strategic thinker who can drive transformational change, while being comfortable in an agile environment. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy through initial analysis; such as stakeholder assessments and change impact assessmentsCollaborate with key stakeholders to identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities associated with the programCreate tailored and tactical change management plans; including but not limited to, communications, training, and feedback plansMonitor and measure the effectiveness of change management activities, pivoting and making adjustments as needed to ensure a successful implementationProvide regular progress updates to senior leaders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas of potential riskProactively identify and address areas of resistance by leveraging change management best practices and techniquesCoach leadership and project teams on various aspects of leading and managing through changeServe as a trusted advisor to executive levels of the organizationQualifications:Subject matter expert in change management methodologies and capabilitiesProven experience in developing and maintaining change management plans in complex cross-functional projects to deliver sustained outcomesDemonstrated ability to build strong working partnerships with stakeholders and influence across many different levels within the businessAbility to engage and influence people at all levels, including senior leadershipEffective communicator across multiple levels of employees and leadersFirst Level University degree with advanced University degree preferredProsci or CCMP change management certification is a plusTypically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably 5+ years in change management role or in similar roles/businesses.HP offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:Dental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurance Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $137,000 -- $211,000.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
